Refund Policy

FlightAirHub is a reliable online travel agency. We believe in improving customers’ flight booking experience. We do not neglect customers or their issues, whether it's booking, flight cancellations, or refunds. That’s why we have created a transparent and fair refund policy. The customer’s eligibility for a refund depends on their booking and fare type.

Our refund policies are also subject to the corresponding airline’s policies. This refund policy covers key information, such as what to expect regarding refunds, how to request to cancel a flight, and how you will receive the refund amount.

Refundable Tickets

If you have paid for a refundable ticket, you will be eligible to receive a refund upon canceling your booking. The airline’s cancellation fee (if any) will be deducted from your refund amount. Also, FlightAirHub will charge $25 USD per flight, per passenger, as our service charge to cancel your booking. Once we receive your booking cancellation approval from the airline, it may take 7 to 14 business days for the refund amount to be returned to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Tickets

Once the booking cancellation window closes, you may not be eligible for a refund without a penalty. But you may get a refund of airport charges and taxes, as almost all airlines are obligated to refund the respective amounts even in a non-refundable ticket scenario. Refunding airport charges and taxes may take 15 to 30 business days.

No Penalty Cancellation if Done under 24 Hours of Booking

Customers may receive a full refund if they cancel their flight within 24 hours of booking. But according to the U.S. Department of Transportation, the flight’s departure date should be at least 7 days ahead to make the passenger eligible for a refund with no penalty. To cancel your flight, you simply need to log in to your account or contact our customer service department.

• You will receive the refund amount for the entire ticket value and our service charge within 5 to 7 business days.
• This refund policy is applicable to all kinds of tariffs.
• The canceled flight’s departure should be scheduled to leave at least 7 days after the booking is made.

Changes Made By the Airlines

If the airline cancels your flight, changes the schedule, or does not allow you to board the flight, you will be entitled to a complete refund, regardless of the fare type. FlightAirHub will assist you with the refund process and will notify you within 24 hours of receiving any such information from the airline.

Service Charge Refund

• The customer will receive a complete refund without any penalty if the booking is canceled within 24 hours.
• FlightAirHub is entitled to charge a $25 USD service fee upon canceling a non-refundable ticket.
• The service charge is non-refundable for non-refundable tickets.
• If the airline cancels the booking, the passenger will receive a complete refund.

Request a Refund in a Few Easy Steps

• Log in to your FlightAirHub account.
• Go to “My Bookings”.
• Enter your booking details and PNR.
• Your bookings will appear on your screen.
• Click on the booking you wish to cancel.
• Tap on cancel your flight.
• Then click on “Request a Refund”.

Expected Refund Period

Customers can expect a refund on the following payment methods within the following periods:

• Refund amount will reflect on your credit or debit card within 7 to 14 business days.
• Expect a bank transfer refund within 5 to 7 business days.
• Refunds via PayPal will take 3 to 5 business days to process.
• The final approval time depends on the bank and payment mode

All refunds will be processed in USD. FlightAirHub shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by the fluctuation in the exchange rate of the cardholder if the card used for payment was issued outside of the United States of America.
